J A Garrett

Curiously nerdy posts.

Stay tuned.

I haven’t had a chance to read much lately, sadly. The reasons for this are numerous.

  • My dad is battling large cell lymphoma, and I was directly involved in donating stem cells to treat him. I could write a post alone on the procedure used to do this (and I very well might), as much of it felt like it came out of the pages of a sci-fi novel.
  • Learning how to program from scratch is hard. Especially when your teacher doesn’t actually teach, in the classic sense.
  • And of course, work has been more demanding than ever.

Being an adult is hard sometimes. But I haven’t stopped reading, and writing. More posts are incoming in the following week.
